The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the bus station, and the room was perfectly clean and had a balcony with lounge chairs, which was superb.

A bus station was minutes from place. Spotless rooms with balcony and a decent terrace plus a good view, felt like home. The breakfast was marvellous with an amazing view, different food.

The hostess Sara provided a welcome drink upon arrival. Breakfast exceeded expectations. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The location, although 2 km from the center, was not a problem for us as we had a car. We would choose this guest house again.

The friendly and helpful staff were wonderful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the spotlessly clean and comfortable room had a lovely Madeiran style. the breakfast, included in the price, was excellent with a nice variety of fresh rolls and good coffee. the location of the hotel, though high up on a hill, offered superb views which made dining on the beautiful terrace even more enjoyable.

loved the charming authenticity of this comfy, old-fashioned place. Stephanie was incredibly friendly and helpful, and her perfect English was a bonus. Breakfast on the terrace with a view of Funchal Bay was fantastic. The bedroom had a sunny balcony with sea and pool views, perfect for work and relaxation. The wifi never had a weak signal, and the self-service bar was convenient. Great laundry service too. Buses to the center were easy to catch, and parking was safe nearby.

Cozy room with a comfy bed and a spacious bathroom. They have a really nice variety of breakfast items to choose from. You can park for free, and it's close to the hotel. The staff is super helpful and always around when you need them. 🌟

The place is near the mountains, motorway, and town, and within a 10-minute walk to the lake, offering amazing views and a delicious breakfast.

I got a well-equipped and well-decorated room with great views over Funchal bay and the Atlantic and a lovely balcony. The staff was caring and attentive, and provided amazing service during my very good stay.
